AI-generated or AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing important output and for decisions made using it.03 ? Files and project material
Only provide material you are allowed to use.
You are responsible for the text, files, images, code, and other material you provide to Nova. Do not upload material when you lack the rights or authorization needed to provide and process it.04 ? Acceptable use
Do not use Nova to attack, deceive, or violate rights.
Do not use Nova to gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, abuse accounts or systems, invade privacy, deliberately facilitate fraud, or cause unlawful harm to people or property.05 ? Service changes and availability
The workspace may change as Nova changes.
Features, models, integrations, account controls, and service behavior may be added, changed, limited, or removed. Nova may also be temporarily unavailable for operational or service reasons.06 ? Credits, plans, and usage controls
Product controls do not automatically mean live payment processing.
Nova may display credits, plan labels, model options, or usage limits as product controls. Unless a paid offering is explicitly presented and accepted, those controls do not by themselves create a paid subscription or cash balance.Important boundaries
