Nova Admin

Owner launch readiness

Public-site launch checklist

Admin-only truth sheet for what is live, what is planned, and what still blocks real users, payments, and wider promotion.

Live

Public site

  • Root homepage renders the polished public home.
  • Public navigation and footer are consistent.
  • FAQ, billing, contact, roadmap, blog, privacy, and terms render.
  • Canonical SEO cleanup is locked.
Live

Lead capture

  • Contact and Early Access submissions are saved.
  • Admin lead review is available.
  • Lead CSV export passes release checks.
  • Owner-only admin pills stay hidden publicly.
Live

Release checks

  • Public smoke checks run.
  • Admin release check passes.
  • Railway release check passes.
  • Ship check guards accidental mobile changes.
Planned

Payments

  • Stripe checkout is still planned.
  • Paid plan activation is still planned.
  • Production payment collection is not live yet.
  • Billing copy explains the planned payment state.
Planned

Model tiers

  • User-selectable models are planned.
  • Model-based credit costs are planned.
  • Backend model allowlist should come before paid launch.
  • Usage ledger should stay server-side and auditable.
Before paid launch

Must finish

  • Stripe live-mode checkout and webhook verification.
  • Account plan state tied to payment state.
  • Usage limits and credit enforcement tested end-to-end.
  • Final privacy/terms review before taking money.
Operating rule

Launch rule

  • Early Access can collect interest without payment collection.
  • Do not claim paid launch until Stripe, plans, usage, and account state are wired together.
  • Do not touch mobile/app internals during public-site polish unless explicitly starting that phase.

Ready now

Public pages, admin access, leads, sitemap, billing visibility, staged payments routes, and backend usage enforcement are ready for the current launch phase. Real Stripe payment collection remains blocked until live keys, price IDs, webhook verification, and the payments-live flag are intentionally enabled.
